Nebraska Wesleyan University seeks a results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic to serve as an 招生 Counselor. The successful candidate will effectively convey the value of a Nebraska Wesleyan educational experience to recruit prospective students to the University. The incumbent will be responsible for duties in areas of Recruitment, 外展, 预测, and Strategic Project Man年龄ment. This is a full-time, 免除, year-long position which requires some evening work and travel with overnight stays.

- Work independently, as well as within a team setting, to set and achieve enrollment goals
- Assist prospective students and 父母/guardians by assessing skills and interests and guide them through the enrollment process
- Work within a team setting to design processes and implement change in real-time
- Be responsive to the needs of prospective students and 父母/guardians in a timely manner, while providing superior customer service
- Present information and provide guidance on scholarships and financial aid to prospective students and 父母/guardians
- Deliver the benefits of the Nebraska Wesleyan experience during school visits, 大学博览会, campus visits and through phone and written correspondence
- Forecast recruitment strategies and enrollment projections by pairing man年龄ment insights with historical data
- Balance high level thinking with careful man年龄ment of details and data for Strategic Project Man年龄ment and University initiatives
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree. 候选人必须:

- Possess good interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate organizational skills, be detail oriented, and be flexible
- Be able to work with and build relationships with prospective students and their families, school counselors, and community leaders
